Delivery, Setup & Pickup Services
About
our delivery services.
Delivery charges are based partially upon the community where the delivery
will be made, the on-site location (i.e. ground floor or otherwise, loading
dock or down a number of hallways...), the timing of the delivery or
pick-up as well as other factors. When you place your order and we better
understand your specific needs, we will be able to provide you with
delivery, pick-up, installation and removal pricing. Please contact us for delivery pricing.
Fuel
Surcharge
Due to seasonal increases in fuel costs that are unpredictable, we may at
times levy a temporary fuel surcharge which would apply to all deliveries.
Delivery
Hours
We normally deliver Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. During
busy seasons, we may extend these hours. We prefer to deliver a day or more
in advance of your event. Exceptions to this are due to weather conditions,
quantity of deliveries for that particular day, complexity of job, and
availability of job site.
When
do you pickup?
We normally prefer to pick up within two days after your event. There may
be other circumstances which may result in additional charges including
specific pick up times requested by customers
