| On the morning of Tuesday
September 24th, 2007 my wife Brenda was in a crash on SR 417 (The
Greenway) at University Blvd. According to eye witnesses the crash
was caused when my wife swerved to miss a white Ford 250 that was
reportedly driving at a high rate of speed in a n erratic manner
switching lanes stomping on the brakes and then taking off at a
high rate of speed.
My wife’s car hit a concrete separator, and then crossed
three lanes of traffic hitting a guard rail and ending up facing
the direction from which she came. As this was taking place
one of your trucks being driven by Mr. Thomas Cook who was
a crucial
eye witness to the event pulled over and immediately offered
assistance to my wife who you could imagine was in a state
of shock to say the least.
I want to express to you on behalf of my wife and myself how
deeply thankful and appreciative we are for the time, care and
concern as well as the invaluable assistance that Thomas gave
my wife. In addition Thomas stayed until the FHP officer had
concluded his report.
I want you to know sir that not only was Thomas a good Samaritan
that day but he represented your company “Nelsons Tents” very
well in an ambassadorial role, for not only was he kind caring
and considerate he was during the entire time a consummate
professional of your company.
Please pass on to Thomas from my wife and myself our most sincere
deepest appreciation. How reassuring it is that God provides
angels to comfort us in the most unlikely of placed and unexpected
situations.
